Minetto Hat Day For Haiti Successful

MINETTO, NY – The Minetto Elementary School Student Council sponsored a “Hat Day for Haiti” to benefit the American Red Cross’ support effort to benefit victims of the earthquake in Haiti.

Students, parents and staff raised more than $750.

The hat day gave the students a way to feel helpful and part of something bigger than themselves.
