Oswego, NY – The financial wellness program entitled “Money Smart” is being offered for the first time at the Brewerton Public Library at 5437 Library Street in Brewerton, New York.
The program, which combines the resoures and expertise of Pathfinder Bank, SUNY Oswego and SUNY SIFE, will cover a host of topics to help people better manage, plan and spend their hard-earned dollars. The curriculum accompanies the Money Smart Computer Based Adult Education Program offered through the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).
Upcoming Money Smart courses include: Monday, July 16th, 6:00-7:30 pm, Checking Accounts and Debit Card Usage & Internet Banking/Bill Pay; Monday, July 30, 6:00-7:30 pm, Setting Financial Goals; Monday, August 6th, 6:00-7:30 pm; How to Pay for College; Monday, August 13th, 6:00-7:30 pm, Keeping Safe in an Electronic Word; and Monday, August 20th, 6:00-7:30 pm, Pay Yourself First.

The program is free to the public but class sizes are limited so make sure you call and register for a session soon.
