“Our host is Matt Rohr, who actually lived in Fulton for a few years as a youngster,” Gail Holmes said. “ Come see if you still recognize him. Matt first performed comedy in Rochester where he was emcee of the Comedy Block Party. He tours clubs and colleges all over the country and always reminds people to tip the wait staff. He now shares a New York City apartment with his wife and an unknown number of mice.
“Our second comic, Matt Wayne, is originally from Buffalo and has performed all over the country. He resides in New York City where he hosts a popular monthly show. Matt has performed at famous comedy venues like Caroline’s on Broadway and the Upright Citizens Brigade (UCB). He has also been featured in the Bridgetown Comedy Festival in Portland, OR. Matt can be seen in the up coming web series, Guy’s Guide, alongside Iron Chef Marc Forgione.
“Moody McCarthy, our headliner, has performed on David Letterman, Jimmy Kimmel, Last Comic Standing and Star Search, He grew up in Syracuse and now lives in New Your City with his wife and step-dog.
“After six years upstate, McCarthy moved to New York City where he was told by his fans that he’d be a star in no time. After more than 20 years honing his craft, he steadily gained the respect of his peers and audiences everywhere.
“He’s known for unpredictable material, a disarming presence, and in-the-moment chops where he thrives in any venue from pubs to country clubs.”
