OSWEGO – The Oswego County Legislature’s Government, Courts and Consumer Affairs Committee presented Debra Mullenax with a certificate of appreciation for her 32 years of service to the county.
Mullenax served as the Director of the Oswego County Real Property Tax Services Office.
