OSWEGO – The Friends of Oswego County Hospice recently welcomed three new members to its board.
They include retiree of Springside of Seneca Hill Teresa Ferlito, ARISE Independent Living Manager and Oswego County Legislator James Karasek and Helen Hoefer of Catholic Charities.
