OSWEGO, New York –
Jerome will be serving a “Buffet Extravaganza!†at the October 14th event. The buffet will consist of a variety of delicious foods including: hand carved roast beef and tavern baked ham, mashed potatoes, glazed carrots and other hot vegetables, pasta, assorted salads and desserts. The dinner will be available for eat-in or take-out.
“We greatly appreciate the opportunity to partner with Mr. Jerome and the Oswego City School District for the October Guest Chef Dinner,†said Hayes. “Every single meal sold will directly benefit the services provided through the Oswego Salvation Army, so we encourage the community to come out for a great dinner at an affordable price, that will in turn benefit a great cause.â€Â
Tickets for the event are $8.50 for adults, $5 for children aged 6-12, and FREE for children 5 and under. Pre-sale tickets are available at the Oswego Salvation Army location at 73 West Second Street, or by contacting them at (315) 343-6491.
The Oswego High School is located at 2 Buccaneer Boulevard in Oswego. Those attending are encouraged to use the Oswego High School Ralph Faust Theatre entrance, go straight down the corridor, and turn left at the end towards the cafeteria.
All proceeds will benefit the Oswego Salvation Army’s “I Believe†campaign.
The Oswego Salvation Army’s “I Believe†campaign will help with renovations and expanded services at the new building, the former New York State Labor Department on West Second Street. The Oswego Salvation Army is part of the International Salvation Army organization, which is an evangelical part of the universal Christian Church. The local citadel provides food, education, services and spiritual support to the local community.
