FULTON – Pat Kinane was introduced by Rotarian, Jerry Seguin.
Kinane recently joined the Fulton Noon Rotary Club.
He is a recently retired New York State Trooper and is currently managing the Golden Sun Bus Company.
The Noon Rotary Club meets each Thursday at the Tavern On The Lock.
