New Treasurer Takes Oath Of Office

OSWEGO – Kevin Gardner recites the oath of office for his new position as Oswego County Treasurer.

Newly-elected Legislator Patrick Twiss, District 13, holds the bible for his predecessor as Hon. James K. Eby, Family Court Justice, swore in the new treasurer at the Legislature’s January organizational meeting.
