Newly established Girls Scout Troop #361 visits Paws Across Oswego County

Girl Scout Troop #361 is a newly formed and community based troop.

The girls are very excited to get out into the community and learn many ways to give back.

The troop recently visited Paws and Effect, which is the establishment where Paws Across Oswego County is based out of.

Paws takes in abandoned animals, cares for them and finds them loving homes to be adopted into.

During the girls’ visit they were given a tour and had a chance to meet dogs and kitties that are up for adoption.

They also were a great audience for the book reading and signing of Charlotte’s Big Dream.

The book is a true story about one of the dogs that was rescued and adopted through Paws Across Oswego County.

The book is available for sale and at Paws and Effect located on County Route 1 in Oswego.

All proceeds benefit the care for the rescued pets. missing or outdated ad config
