VOLNEY – A full day of events is planned at North Volney Methodist Church on May 6 and you won’t want to miss any of the fun.
A free gospel concert will be held from noon – 3 p.m.
The groups scheduled to appear are: The Misfits, Shirley and Eileen and Christ Ties.
The concert is a mix of country, bluegrass and mountain music.
The musicians donate their time to this event so there is no admission charge.
A freewill offering will be taken to help them with expenses.
There will a lunch available for those those who get hungry as well as a bake sale if you would like to take something home for later.
There will be a flea market on the church grounds.
Vendors will have their wares for sale from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The church is having a rummage sale as well. Come and see what kind of bargain you will find.

North Volney Methodist Church is located at the corners of county routes 4 and 6 in the town of Volney.
The building is handicapped accessible and all are welcome.
