OSWEGO – Compass Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce Novelis as the title sponsor of the 14th Annual Compass Federal Credit Union Charity Golf Tournament, which will be held on Saturday, June 6th at Battle Island Golf Course in Fulton. This year’s proceeds will benefit hundreds of children that take part in both the Fulton Youth Hockey and Fulton Girls Lacrosse programs.
The Compass Federal Credit Union Charity Golf Tournament is an annual gathering of community members and business professionals that share the common goal of helping to raise funds to benefit youth sports organizations in Oswego County.
“We’re humbled to have Novelis return for the third consecutive year as the title sponsor of the Compass Golf Tournament,” said Compass Chief Operations Officer, Eric Morris. “Their continued generosity is a further example of a steadfast commitment to making a difference in the Oswego County community and we are honored to have them as a valued partner in this effort.”
Last year a total of $12,000 was shared between the Fulton and Oswego Little League programs, helping to provide league wide updates and improvements to each program.
Registration for teams and sponsors is open through May 22. Team registration is once again $400 for a crew of four and includes a cart, light breakfast, hot dogs at the turn and a chicken BBQ at the conclusion of the event. The event registration and sponsorship packet is available for download at www.compassfcu.com/charity-golf-tournament or at any Compass location.
Event registration opens on the day of the event at 8 a.m. with the tournament beginning at 9 a.m.
