FULTON, NY – Jerry Seguin presented a plaque from the New York State Reading Association to Lori Greeney.
The award was given to the Fulton Noon Rotary Club because it provided the funds for the Charlotte’s Web Program in all of the Fulton and Hannibal elementary schools.
The Charlotte’s Web Program is a proven technique to interest very young children in learning to read.
Jerry was club president last year when the Rotarians first started the program and Lori is this year’s club president.
