FULTON, NY – Elaine (Suzie) Ryder (center) a resident counselor with Oswego County Opportunities’ Developmental Disabilities Program that provides housing for people with disabilities was a recent recipient of OCO’s prestigious Outstanding Employee Award.
Ryder was recognized for her dedication to the health and well being of the residents and her compassionate, non-judgmental manner in which she deals with them.
OCO’s Outstanding Employee Award is highly coveted as the recipient is chosen by a group of their peers.
