FULTON – Oswego County Opportunities (OCO) recently recognized Ricky Luera and Health Homes Program Manager Athena Krause as Outstanding Employees. Luera joined OCO, in 2018 and serves a Food Service Aide. Athena Krause, who started as a Medicaid service coordinator in 2009, is now program manager for HOPE Housing.
