FULTON — Oswego County Opportunities (OCO) recently recognized members of the agency’s Transportation Services program with longevity awards for their years of dedicated service to OCO and the individuals they serve, according to a release from OCO.

OCO Transportation provides safe, affordable and accessible transportation for seniors and individuals with disabilities, along with non-emergency medical transportation for Medicaid recipients. Through its partnership with Oswego County, OCO also operates public transportation services open to everyone, regardless of age, income or ability.

Through this longstanding partnership and a shared-ride transportation model that maximizes resources across multiple programs and providers, Oswego County’s public transportation system is on track to exceed 100,000 passenger trips in 2026, the release said. OCO attributes that projected milestone to continued growth and collaborative partnerships.
