Oswego Town – The April meeting of the Oswego Town Historical Society will be held Wednesday April 6th at 6 pm in the Town Hall on Co. Rt. 7.
Town Historian, George R. DeMass will present his extensive photograph albums of settler and residents of the California and West Lake Rds. Since the late 1950s, he has collected hundreds of pictures, some taken in the late 1890s by Mr. Lyman Place.
Mr.Place went from door to door photographing not only the house but the residents standing in front of it. This is a great local archive.
The public is invited to attend as always.
