OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego Middle School year-end awards assembly placed several students in the spotlight.
This year, Principal Bonnie Finnerty and Assistant Principal Roseanne Bayne presented the Oswego Middle School Academic Excellence Awards to Mike Crisafulli, Sarah Mancuso, Dylan Lavner, Alyssa Ferreira, Mackenzie Palmer and Victoria Jaskula.
One of the highlights of the ceremony was the presentation of the President’s Award for Educational Excellence.
Oswego Middle School students worked diligently in academics this year and the fruit of their efforts was obvious with the students earning the award.
This year’s recipients included Christina Abare, Kaleb Allen, Jacob Annal, Kaleb Astoria, Joseph Bertonneau, Nicholas Bertsch, Chelsea Beshures, Nick Bonacorsi, Nicole Brown, Allison Burnett, Vanessa Burns, Alison Bush, Brandon Canale, and Cameron Caruso, Erin Chetney, Kelly Chetney, Catherine Clancy, Emily Cole, Joseph Corradino, Joshua Costo, Nicholas Costo, Duane Crapser II, Michael Crisafulli, David Culeton, Dylan Currier, Lauren Dafoe, Marisa Dashner, Vincent Debiase, McKenzie Demong, Matthew DiFabio, James Dillon, Thomas Dillon, Brian Dodge, and Colton Dryden.

There were several young ladies who earned the GEMS distinction as this award symbolizes “Girls Excelling in Math and Science.â€Â
