One Night Only: A Trio of Tenors

OSWEGO – Come enjoy a casual evening of song featuring three community favorites.

David Artz

Cam Caruso, Gary Carpentier and David Artz will perform at 8 p.m. on July 12 at The American Foundry, 246 W. Seneca St.

This benefit concert is in support of the Oswego Opera Theater.

The three singers will be performing solos, duets, and trios from a wide variety of music genres, from opera and musical theater, to pop tunes, and even some original pieces. They will be accompanied by the Oswego Opera Theater’s artistic director, Juan F. LaManna.

These three singers are products of the Oswego City School District choral program, and Artz and Caruso have performed previously with The Oswego Opera Theater.

Gary Carpentier

Cam Caruso is a full-time singer-songwriter from Oswego.

He performs regularly in local establishments and provides guitar lessons, vocal coaching, and audio recording services.

His debut album was nominated for a SAMMY award.

Carpentier is a singer-songwriter from Oswego.

He appeared on season 13 of NBC’s The Voice and he regularly performs locally as a solo artist and as part of the McConnell, Caruso and Carpentier Trio.

He is preparing to release his latest project through SubCat Studios in Syracuse.

Artz is a native of Oswego and a professional singer living in the DC-Baltimore area.

He sings with the Washington National Opera and many other regional opera companies.

In addition, he has full-time church soloist work, and he frequently performs at the National Cathedral.

Prices are $25 for adults and $20 for students.

Dessert is included in the ticket price and will be served at intermission.

Cash bar will available throughout the evening.
