OSWEGO – The Oswego Children’s Theater Teen Ensemble will host auditions on Friday, March 9, from 6 to 7:15 p.m. at the home of the Mosher family, at 151 E. Seneca St.
The show to be performed will be selected by the cast and the director after the auditions depending the number of those participating.
The auditions are open to all area youth aged 13 through 19.
Lyndsie Lee Jones will direct this production, which will be presented in competition at the Michael J Harms Theater Festival At Cayuga Community College in Auburn and at a local venue.
The Harms Festival is an annual event sponsored by CNY ARTS.
Performances are adjudicated by a panel of theater professionals.
The festival also features workshops where each participant can learn about various theater areas.
In past years, the Oswego Children’s Theater Teen Ensemble has earned several awards at the festival including best community theater group.
