Oswego Community Christian School Eighth Grade Graduation Parade Scheduled For June 13

OSWEGO – A parade in celebration of the three eighth grade graduates from Oswego Community Christian School is scheduled for Saturday, June 13, 2020.

We are asking community members to join our families and friends in the parking lot on Albany Street directly across from Oswego Speedway at 11:30 am to honor our graduates, Rowan Greutman, Sara McDonald and Ayden McKie.

The graduates and their families will receive awards and their diplomas in front of the school minutes before the parade is scheduled to begin.

Around noon at our signal, led by an Oswego Fire Department fire truck, a procession of cars will head east on Albany street making quite a clatter between the fire truck siren and horns from the cars. We will proceed down Albany Street and turn into the school parking lot where the procession will continue slowly through the parking lot amid the shouts and fist pumps of those in their cars. Once the cars reach City Line Road, people will just be on their way and our ceremony will be concluded.
