OSWEGO – On December 17 from 8 a.m. – noon the Oswego Community Youth Orchestra will hold its very popular fundraiser at the Masonic Hall, Lake City Lodge #127, at 765 E. Seneca St.
Each time is a tremendous success as hundreds of people of all ages came to enjoy the delicious all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet and assorted entertainment while showing their support for local elite student musicians.
A full array of family and child activities will be offered for the Christmas OCYO breakfast buffet benefit with Santa and the raffle including:
* Breakfast – all you can eat
* Santa- 8 a.m. – noon
* Photo with Santa – your child, family
* Raffle – an $895 diamond and gold necklace donated by JP Jewelers. $5 a ticket. Drawing at the end of the breakfast.
* 50/50 Raffle – drawing by Santa at noon that day. Wouldn’t you like to win $ December 17?
* Christmas music – taped, TV, movies for the young ones
* OCYO musicians and friends perform – 10 a.m. – noon
* Audition applications to join OCYO – available there for string and wind students grades 7-12
The buffet includes the lodge’s renowned French toast, pancakes, home fries, eggs, bacon and sausage.
Drinks like coffee, milk, juice, and water.
$8 – adults; $6 – kids 6-11; Kids 5 and under – free.
