OSWEGO COUNTY – Oswego County Administrator Philip Church (pictured) was invited to address attendees of the Greater Oswego and Fulton Chamber of Commerce as the keynote speaker at the group’s annual meeting. He spoke about the adventure ahead as Oswego County prepares for future business opportunities, economic growth and community development with the coming of Micron, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) designation of the Lake Ontario National Marine Sanctuary, and other promising initiatives. Church pointed to a number of ongoing infrastructure projects, such as broadband internet, wastewater services and transportation improvements, as well as advances in workforce development and new grant-funding and marketing opportunities.
