Oswego County BOCES students gain insight about choosing a career that best fits them at the Career Awareness Workshop, led by Senior High School Coordinator for Bryant & Stratton, Paula M. Annesi.

Students at Oswego County BOCES had the opportunity on October 1st, to participate in a career awareness workshop, aimed at helping them choose a future career. Led by Senior High School Coordinator for Bryant & Stratton, Paula M. Annesi, the workshop utilized the True Colors® program. True Colors®, founded in 1978 by Don Lowry, is a personality identification model that can be used for people of any age to narrow down their prospective career choices based on their individual personality traits and areas of interest.  “Always do your research when choosing a job or career”, Anessi stressed as she guided students through their True Colors® profile. After the workshop, Annesi answered student questions and spoke briefly about Bryant and Stratton College.
