OSWEGO COUNTY – Oswego County government buildings will be illuminated with green lights from Nov. 1 through Nov. 30, 2026, in support of veterans as the county participates again in Operation Green Light, according to a release from the Office of the Chairman of the Oswego County Legislature.
“This event is something we participate in every year, with the goal of letting all veterans throughout Oswego County know that they are seen, appreciated and fully supported,” said James Weatherup, chairman of the Oswego County Legislature.
The Oswego County Legislative Office Building, Fulton Office Building, Pulaski and Oswego courthouses, and Oswego DMV will be lit green throughout November.
“Operation Green Light is an entire community event, and I invite all Oswego County residents to display a visible indoor or outdoor green light to support our veterans,” Weatherup said.
