OSWEGO COUNTY – The Oswego County Legislature recognized the importance of the manufacturing industry at its October meeting. The body’s Economic Development and Planning Committee presented a proclamation declaring Oct. 4 as Manufacturing Day. The day kicks off Manufacturing Week, celebrated from Oct. 4-11. The recognition highlights the value of manufacturing in robust local economies and aims to inspire the next generation of manufacturers.
