Patricia Egan, Director of Oswego County Emergency Management Office/Emergency Medical Services, accepts a special Lifetime Achievement Award from James Jones. Egan was honored for her work toward the establishment of a “comprehensive and effective Emergency Medical Services Program in the county.”
