OSWEGO – The Oswego County Office for the Aging (OFA) visited city of Oswego resident and OFA client Helen Curtis to help her celebrate her 104th birthday in August. OFA staff brought her birthday treats and a card to mark the occasion. According to Curtis, the secret to living a long life is working hard.
