Oswego Health’s Parish Health Services Center Open House Planned

OSWEGO, NY – Oswego Health’s Parish Health Services center will hold an open house from 4 to 6 p.m. Nov. 12 at the facility located at the intersection of routes 69 and 81 in Parish.

Those attending the open house will have the opportunity to meet Dr. Kamran Khan, who began providing care at the center several weeks ago.

To receive care from Dr. Khan, patients of the Parish Health Services Center are asked to contact their medical insurance provider to indicate that Dr. Khan is now their provider, as the physician of record at the Parish Health Services Center.

The open house will also feature free screenings that will include bone density, blood pressure, diabetes and body mass index.

In addition, a physical therapist will provide free orthopedic screenings.

Refreshments will be available.

The Oswego Health care system includes the Oswego Hospital, The Manor at Seneca Hill skilled nursing facility, Springside at Seneca Hill retirement living community and services across Oswego County.
