OSWEGO, NY – Oswego Health Orthopedic Surgeon Shawn Mills is pictured as he calls on a fifth grade student during his presentation at Oswego’s Trinity Catholic School.
Dr. Mills, whose son, Shawn, attends the school, offered a presentation on bones that included his discussing the function of various bones and quizzing the students on their own knowledge.
The fifth graders also got to examine several bone models.
Dr. Mills joined Oswego Hospital’s medical staff in 2011.
He is an accomplished orthopedic surgeon, who has been board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery since 2001.
He offers surgical management options for advanced arthritis with joint replacements, including total hip and knee replacements, as well as shoulder replacements.
