OSWEGO – Members of the Oswego High School Interact Club have once again delivered handmade baby blankets to Oswego Hospital’s Maternity Center for the hospital’s newborns.

The Interact Club is affiliated with the Oswego Sunrise and Oswego Noon Rotary clubs and focuses on community service.
Making the blankets and then delivering them to Oswego Hospital has become a tradition for the club.
Cindy Tascarella, member of the Sunrise Rotary Club and an Oswego Health employee, has been helping to coordinate this event for many years.
“These blankets are greatly appreciated and it is very rewarding to see our students taking an interest in our local community” said Tascarella.
Club advisor Warren Shaw added, “Having the opportunity to work with these young people on a variety of projects that emphasize the importance of community is extremely rewarding. Oswegonians should be proud of our young people, especially for the work they do and the kind and caring attitudes that they possess. We greatly appreciate Oswego Health partnering with us on this project which the kids greatly enjoy doing.”
