Oswego Lions Award Scholarship

The Lions Club of Oswego recently awarded its annual scholarship to Haley Annal, who will be attending Nazareth College this fall.  The scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior from Oswego High School, and takes into consideration the applicant's record of community/school service, extracurricular activities, financial need, GPA/class rank, as well as a short written essay.  The recipient must plan on attending college in New York State.  It is a $500 scholarship, renewable for up to 4 years. The scholarship is awarded in memory of Harold ("H") and Mary Dowd.
