Oswego Minor Hockey Collecting Food For Catholic Charities Food Pantry

OSWEGO, NY – Members of the Oswego Minor Hockey Association Pee Wee Tier II are currently collecting donations of non-perishable foods to help stock the shelves at Catholic Charities of Oswego County’s Food Pantry and help the agency meet the demand for food subsidy this Thanksgiving.

Barrels have been placed at both the Cullinan Ice Rink at Kingsford Park School and the Crisafulli Ice Rink at Fort Ontario where community members can leave their donations of non-perishable foods.

Donations will be accepted through Nov. 22.

Team members will be delivering the donations to Catholic Charities Food Pantry on Nov. 23 and will also spend the afternoon helping out in both the food pantry and the thrift shop.
