OSWEGO, NY – Oswego City School District Board of Education committee meetings are scheduled for next Tuesday and Wednesday at the Education Center.
On Feb. 8, the committee meetings will begin at 5 p.m. with the Curriculum Committee being followed by the Personnel Committee.
The committees will discuss which resolutions will be placed on the Feb. 22 regular Oswego City School District Board of Education agenda.
The Curriculum Committee will also hear discussion items involving a request to place the closing of an elementary school on the May 17 ballot.
Assistant Superintendent for Instruction and Curriculum Cathy Chamberlain will review the School Report Card and Oswego High School Principal Brian Hartwell will be present to discuss his students and building.
Wednesday at 5 p.m. the Finance Committee will focus on the 2011-2012 budget discussion after addressing the regular items to be placed on the Feb. 22 agenda.
All committee meetings are open to the community.
