OSWEGO, NY – Oswego was well represented at the NYSSMA Zone 4 Area All State Music Festival held in Rome this past weekend.
Student musicians from Oswego, Herkimer and Oneida counties participated.
They were chosen based on their NYSSMA solo festival scores from last spring.
