OSWEGO, NY – Several members of the Oswego Sunrise Rotary met recently to plan a fundraiser for ARC. A volleyball tournament is scheduled to be held on Aug. 20 at Cheap Seats Bar and Grill.
The tournament will consist of 6 teams comprised of 6 members each competing for prizes.
The cost to participate in the tournament is $120 per team.
There will also be a silent auction and a 50/50 raffle, with all proceeds going to ARC.
ARC is a non-profit organization committed to serving the developmentally disabled population in Oswego County.
ARC provides safe recreational services to over 200 people in the community.
Sponsors for the event include the Oz Roller Girls, Stability Fitness, Oswego Tea Company, Computer Accounting Services, Penn Central Girl Scouts, Second Chance Shop, Oswego Sub Shop, Red Sun and Port City Café, and Oswego Sunrise Rotary.
This event is open to the public; spectators and supporters are encouraged to attend and participate.
