Oswego YMCA Basketball League Volunteer Coaches Needed

OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego YMCA will be offering a youth basketball league and is need of volunteer coaches.

The league will begin the week of December 12 and end at with a final tournament on March 4, 2017.

Competitive games will be held every Saturday in January and February with a tournament to cap off the season on March 4.

For all volunteer coaches, the YMCA is offering a free single adult membership throughout the duration of the season.

Coaches must be 18 years of age or older and will be required to complete a background check and the Mandated Reporter training course.

If you have a basketball background, a love for the sport or just want to help bring back basketball to the Y for our community youth, stop by the Oswego YMCA to complete our volunteer application.
