OSWEGO – The city of Oswego Department of Parks and Recreation, announces the Charles E. Gallagher Swimming Pool will be opening for the 2016 season on June 24 at 12:30 p.m.
Public swim will be between the hours of 12:30 and 5p.m., and family swim will be held from 5 to 7 p.m.
Fees are as follows (Resident – Non-Resident):
Youth Day Pass $1 – $1 (under 18 years of age)
Adult Day Pass $2 – $2
Youth Season Pass $25 – $35
Adult Season Pass $35 – $45
Family Season Pass $55 – $70
Seniors Free – Free (62 and older)
Learn to Swim Program $20 – $30 (per child – per session)
Swimming lessons will again be offered beginning June 27, held in four, two-week sessions, (ten children per session).
The sessions are as follows:
The first session runs from June 27 through July 8
The second session runs from July 11 through 22
The third session runs from July 25 through August 5
The final two-week session runs from August 8 through 19
There are two times to choose from to attend, the first is 10 – 10:45 and the second is 11 – 11:45 for age groups 4-5; 6-7; 8-9; 10-11; and 12 and up.
Fees for residents are $20 per child, per session; non-residents are $30 per child, per session.
Sign up will be held on June 24 beginning at 10 a.m., at the Gallagher Pool.
