FULTON, NY – Coordinator of WIC and Health Enrollment Services for Oswego County Opportunities, Cindy Palamar (right) was a recent recipient of OCO’s prestigious Outstanding Employee Award.
Palamar was recognized for her knowledge of, and her ability to implement, new operational methods that continually improve her service area and for her willingness to go above and beyond to accommodate the needs of her consumers.
OCO’s Outstanding Employee Award is highly coveted as the recipient is chosen by a group of their peers.
