FULTON, NY – Melissa Wise and Angela Shirk of Oswego County Opportunities’ Transitional Living Department were recently honored with OCO’s Outstanding Employee Award.
The recipients, who were chosen by a group of their peers, were recognized for their resourcefulness, positive attitude, commitment to service and their ability to empower others.
