OSWEGO, NY – OVIA Insurance Agencies has announced the acquisition of Banach Insurance Agency, effective January 1, 2016, according to Chuck Harrington, OVIA president.
Cindy Banach founded Banach Insurance Agency in Pulaski, NY, in 1999, and has provided her clients with a diverse line of insurance products and services.
Banach had worked in the insurance industry for over forty years.
“It has been a fulfilling career and I have enjoyed owning my agency, making friends and taking care of our customers,” Banach said in a letter to her clients. “Being blessed with a long and happy career, I have decided to trust my good friends at Oswego Valley Insurance Agencies, LLC, with taking care of our clients and providing their knowledge and products.”
“Therefore, I am happy to announce that effective January 1, 2016, Oswego Valley Insurance Agencies, LLC will be purchasing and moving our customer accounts to their Mexico office located at 3382 Main St. Their phone number is 315-963-7263. I am also pleased that Kathie Hoffman will be joining the Mexico staff. Kathie has been with the Banach Agency for over 10 years, and with her knowledge of insurance and our customer accounts, she will be a great addition to their staff,” she said.
