Parish-Hastings Presbyterian Church News

New changes are on the horizon as the Parish-Hastings Presbyterian Church prepares for the fall season. October 4, 2009 through May 1, 2010 the church services will begin each Sunday at 10:00 a.m. This new time is one hour later than it has been for years. With this time change, church school will begin at 10:30a.m. The community prayer and praise sharing time will continue to follow the church service each week.

Upcoming special services will be an Evangelism Sunday Service on Sunday, Sept. 27 at 9 a.m. and the World Communion/Rally Sunday Service on Oct. 4 at 10 a.m.

The church members and friends will host a chicken-n-biscuit dinner on Friday, Oct. 16 from 4-6 p.m. as a kick off to the Parish Fall Fest. The next morning, the Parish-Hastings Presbyterian Church will be the site for the start and finish of the “Fun Walk to STOP Hunger in the Parish Area”
