Rotarian Doug Stevens, right, received the coveted Paul Harris Award at a recent Fulton Sunrise Rotary Meeting. Presenting the award to Stevens is Paul Scott, Assistant District Governor. The award exemplifies the Rotary Club’s belief of service over self.
