FULTON – Fulton Rotary Club Foundation recently honored immediate past President Helen Hoefer, making a $1,000 donation to the Rotary Foundation in recognition of her many contributions to Rotary and the Fulton and Oswego County community.
Hoefer, community services director for Oswego County Catholic Charities, has served the Fulton community for several years.
As a member of Fulton Rotary for several years and president in 2016-2017, she spearheaded many community projects that meet the organization’s mission of service.
