FULTON, NY – Dr. David Barber (standing left) and the staff of the Phoenix Health Center joined Carolyn Handville (standing right), coordinator of Oswego County Opportunities’ Cancer Services Program Partnership, in recognizing March as Colon Cancer Awareness Month as they participated in “National Dress in Blue Day.’
OCO’s Cancer Services Program Partnership provides free colon cancer screenings as well as free clinical breast exams, mammograms and pap/pelvic exams for uninsured community members aged 40-64.
