Pond Pit BBQ to Host Bartender Challenge

OCO Pond Pit Challenge

FULTON – Pond Pit BBQ, located at 8883, State Rt. 3 in Sandy Creek will host unique fundraiser to benefit a number of area non-profit agencies including Oswego County Opportunities (OCO).

 

On Sunday, August 10th, beginning at 12:00 Noon, bartenders and staff from bars and restaurants throughout Oswego and Jefferson Counties will compete in an entertaining event that features a variety of challenging obstacles.

 

Pond Pit BBQ’s Bartender Challenge is a family friendly event that looks to raise funds for a variety of human services programs. Additionally, spectators are encouraged to bring donations of hygiene products such as shampoo, and deodorants, school supplies, blankets, diapers, and self-stable foods.

“We invite community members to join us at fun and fundraising go hand in hand at the Pond Pit BBQ’s Bartender Challenge,” said OCO Development Coordinator Bridget Dolbear. “We are grateful for all that Pond Pit BBQ and its staff does for OCO and our entire community.”
