OSWEGO, NY – Katrina Debaun, a member of the Oswego High School “Class of 2011” was the latest recipient of the “Possibilities Scholarship” from SUNY Oswego.
This award provides a full educational experience at no cost and is available annually to students of less advantaged circumstances.
Debaun talked to the OHS faculty and staff about the honor and meaning of receiving this scholarship.
