Random Acts of Kindness Recognized At Oswego Middle School

OSWEGO – Each year, the faculty and staff at Oswego Middle School participate in the National ‘Random Acts of Kindness Week.’

This event is sponsored locally by SUNY Oswego.

Each member of the faculty and staff are given some ‘Random Acts of Kindness’ cards to fill out when they witness an act of kindness.

Faculty, staff and students that were recently recognized at OMS are as follows:

First row: eighth grade student Nick Furbeck, eighth grade student James Abbott.

Second row: faculty member Deb McConkey, seventh grade student Azizzah Ragin, SUNY Mentor Scholar Coordinator for OMS Emily DiFabio, KPS crossing guard Lori Pritchard.

Third row: faculty member Sally Kingsbury, Carole Lloyd, Dan Rogers, Karen Breen, Jim Livingston, Lisa Shannon and OMS Principal Mary Beth Fierro.

Fierro presented each person being recognized with certificate or recognition.
