OSWEGO, NY – The 11th Annual Joseph “Pete” Griffin Memorial Golf Tournament has been set for June 25 at Griffins Greens.
The event is an 18-hole four-man captain and crew format with an 8 a.m. shotgun start.
All proceeds from the event go the local American Red Cross.
The tournament, started 11 years ago to honor Pete Griffin, has grown each year.
This year’s tournament will feature several games on the course including a putting contest, a chip the ball in the raft contest and a hole in one contest sponsored by Burritt Chevrolet.
After golfing the participants will gather at “The Deck” at GS Steamers for a buffet dinner.
