
OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego City School District Board of Education recently recognized three retirees as well as the accomplishments of the Oswego High School varsity volleyball team which earned a berth in the New York State Public High School Athletic Association final four.

Board President John Dunsmoor and Superintendent of Schools Bill Crist recognized the 30 years of service that teacher Patricia Osetek gave to the students of the district.
Other retirees recognized (but not present) included Robin Emond (groundskeeper for 20 years of service) and school registered nurse Mary Ann Murray (10 years).
A certificate of recognition was also presented to Coach Mike Shea and the entire OHS varsity boys’ volleyball team.
