OSWEGO, NY – Alyson Bruns and Tatum Winchek of the Charles E. Riley Elementary School had their artwork displayed at the New York State Art Teachers Association 2013 Legislative Student Art Exhibit at the Legislative Office Building in Albany.
They congratulated by CER art teacher Becky Woods.
